You mean you actually think the Dem's would look at an "I'm sorry" as anything but grounds for impeachment?
What the president should do is step out in front of a camera and lay out step by step the actions he took, and the obstruction placed in front of him by city,state and congressional red tape.
Maybe congress should apologize for confirming Mr. Brown nearly unanimously, for creating Homeland Security Office, folding FEMA into it and the dem's should maybe throw in a "I'm sorry our 40yrs of welfare state and destruction of the black family have left so many black Americans in poverty.". Don't hold your breath for any of it.....
Just what we all need another 9/11 Commission....
